    • Standard UK Delivery: We are proud to offer Fast & Free Shipping on all orders across the UK mainland.

    • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

    • Delivery Times: Once dispatched, expect your items within 3–5 working days.

    • Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

    Returns & Refunds We want you to love your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer a 15-day return policy.

    • Hygiene Note: Due to health and hygiene reasons, items such as duvet covers, fitted sheets, and pillows can only be returned if they are unused, unwashed, and in their original unopened packaging.

    • Return Shipping: Unless the item is faulty, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
